Description
Candidate will be responsible for driving commercial activities with Developers, Designers, and Architects & Consultants.Possess existing and build new and strong relationship with developers, designers, architects and consultants, architects.Demonstrate business acumen in addition to understanding the technical aspects of the products.Drive specification efforts to get our clients product incorporated in projects in the design/tender stage itself.Create and finalise strong technical specifications describing all company products, systems and get them incorporated in projects at the design stage. Review the submittal documents and complete them wherever required.Ensure that specifications cover the complete range of products for the project design stage.Reach customers also through social media platforms by creating and publishing content through social media channels regularly.Follow up the specified products during the tendering stage to ensure enquiries reach the company.Coordination with Sales Dept. to transfer information regarding specified products and potential sales.
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
Minimum 4 years of experience in the UAE selling building and construction materialsHigh knowledge in project business routine from the design stage to submittals stage is fundamentalMust be a confident business person who has experience in getting products specified into construction projects and consultants. Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital for success in this roleExcellent communication skills are required.Excellent networking and teamwork skills.
