Develop appropriate leasing concepts, strategies and plans in line with the Business Plan.
•Support the GM/Head of Leasing in developing the Leasing budget and business plan.
•Achieve the budgetary targets through leasing available units, creating and leasing new opportunities.
•Constantly follow the leasing trends in the industry and in the region, apprise the Management and devise suitable re-directions in leasing strategies.
•Assesses prospective tenants for each space to satisfy the approved critical path plan and participate in the appropriate leasing committee for review and decision.
•Plans, guides and participates in approaching potential, major tenants to present suitable floor areas, while highlighting the benefits and features
•Maintain good relations with all tenants while processing their requests and concerns with professionalism and assisting when possible without jeopardizing the business interests of the company
