Printed and Digital media:


 
• Lead development of print, web, and other media matters to promote a positive image and distinctive brand.
• Manage the design, editing, printing, and distribution of KIC publications.
• Manage photographic services, including arranging coverage of campus events and special functions, and maintaining photographic files.
• Manage the Digital Media channels; posting, editing, events covering and replying the public inquires.


Collaboration with other departments and outsource companies: 



• Collaborate with Admissions and Registration department Management to ensure consistent branding, uniform messaging, and prioritization of marketing efforts related to prospective students.
• Collaborate with the SRO & Alumni unit on communications to that constituency.

I am currently looking for a Legal Advisor for one of my clients, a Government Fund based in Abu Dhabi, UAE to report into the DG Office.

Responsibilities:

  • The role is to Provide legal advice and support to the business units while keeping in mind the firm's strategic and business objectives.
  • Report relevant litigation matters to management and provide updates to the relevant stakeholders
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents to establish the adequacy, legality and enforceability of such documents.



  • Requirements:
  • Must have experience in Investments and Project Finance laws
  • 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in Legal / Compliance / Litigation
  • Master's degree in law with specialization in Financial law or any related discipline
  • Have to be an Arabic speaker and have knowledge of International Laws and working with external Governments
  • Should be currently working or previously worked for a Fund.
