On behalf of my client, a family office in the DIFC working across Education and Healthcare is looking for a Senior Associate to join their team. They are at growth stages and would like someone who can grow into a Project Managerial role in the near future.
Requirements:
- End to end experience across research, sourcing, investment evaluation, financial modelling and analysis, transaction related due diligence and portfolio monitoring
- Will take ownership & have proven experience in ground-up financial modelling - DCF, M&A Models, Accretion Dilution Analysis, Comparables Analysis & other forms of valuation along with Waterfall IRR & fee structures (implying advanced Excel skills)
- Deep expertise in the healthcare and education sector, with direct experience of executing investments in the GCC and/or India
- Works as a Business Operator and can work independently with very less to no supervision
- Must have MNC experience like the Big 4
