I am currently looking for a Legal Advisor for one of my clients, a Government Fund based in Abu Dhabi, UAE to report into the DG Office.
Responsibilities:
- The role is to Provide legal advice and support to the business units while keeping in mind the firm's strategic and business objectives.
- Report relevant litigation matters to management and provide updates to the relevant stakeholders
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents to establish the adequacy, legality and enforceability of such documents.
Requirements:- Must have experience in Investments and Project Finance laws
- 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in Legal / Compliance / Litigation
- Master's degree in law with specialization in Financial law or any related discipline
- Have to be an Arabic speaker and have knowledge of International Laws and working with external Governments
- Should be currently working or previously worked for a Fund.
