Position: Head of Sollution Architecture Chapter
Location: UAE
Sector: Banking
The incumbent will be responsible for leading the chapter to enable successful transition towards Agile development methodology from a software architecture perspective and achieve a high level of performance and quality in devliering both Agile pilots that provide exceptional business value to users as well as ensuring common architectural standards across IT
May play multiple roles in practice:
As a line manager of all architects working in Agile teams and supporting platform teams being responsible for building highly efficient teams and taking care of people development
Acting as a POC for both staff from chapters and counterparts from the Agile organization in matrix setup as well as platform team representatives to ensure excellence in delivery of Agile development and platform projects in terms of quality, timeline and costs
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a solution architecture role with successful track record of delivering projects and further enabling teams
Profound understanding of the complexities of software development
Minimum 3 years in an Agile environment
More than 10 years of experience as an IT expert in software development
