MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:



To manage and consistently improve the sales, operational and financial performance of a geographic area through the application of end-to-end management presence and leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage the business development and operational performance of the defined business area to deliver the company’s goals in terms of profitability and market leadership.

  • Propose and agree annual business plans including sales growth, business development and operational delivery targets, consistent with overall Group business objectives. Provide regular reports and forecasts pertaining to business performance.

  • Ensure that all area staffs are aware of, and adhere to, all relevant local and external health and safety laws and policies.

  • Manage the local relationship between our business and Rapid’s sponsors.

  • Manage key client relationships and control the development of area based sales portfolio’s to ensure the business is correctly positioned to deliver its operational and financial targets.

  • Direct the sales team/s and manage the trade-off between sales volumes and margins. Set pricing policies that match long term business objectives with tactical flexibility at client, channel and equipment level.

  • Work effectively with the local sales and operational team/s to implement differentiation strategies and business initiatives that promote Rapid Access as the preferred powered access rental business.

  • Analyse, evaluate and monitor all key operational performance indicators’, ensuring monthly performance is clearly understood in regard to customer service, quality standards, operational efficiency, and financial results.

  • Establish clear accountabilities and responsibilities for area team/s and ensure individuals are focused on areas that improve and exceed key performance indicators and customer expectations.

  • Direct, develop, motivate and support all sales and operational reports, in order to ensure that business objectives are met to agreed timescales.

  • Implement incremental improvement programmes and optimise the structure of the business to obtain maximum sales and operational efficiencies.

  • Establish strong people management practices across the area to attract, develop and retain key skills and competencies required for optimum business performance.

  • Ensure the assets of the area are used effectively to achieve the return on capital employed as defined by the gross payback analysis.

  • Ensure that the area business is legally compliant with all local employment/regulatory requirements, including employment and residency visa’s.

  • Set the standards of ethics, behaviour and attitude required in the workforce by demonstrating management best practice and commitment to company values.

In addition to the above, the selected candidate will carry out any other duties deemed necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

Inspects that the correct materials are used in beverage production and sees to it that the beverage produced complies with specifications. Carries-out QA tests on time for process water, caps, preforms, syrup, PET bottles, juices, water, and tissue as per quality plan. Adheres to FSMS and HSE SOPs. Keeps track on quality and food safety related KPIs and issues.
- Conducts and inspects packaging and raw materials QA, and incoming and outgoing fullgoods transfers. Prepares summary reports for supplier ratings, packaging and raw materials disposition.
- Operates, maintains and calibrates laboratory instrument and equipment; reports any abnormalities of equipment. Develops skills in operating Ion-Chromatograph and Gas Chromatograph. Monitors specific CCPs and OPRPs ensuring within compliance.
- Prepares and standardizes chemical reagents.
- Prepares, reviews and submits SOPS and work instructions for approval related to the Food Safety Management System (Food Safety System Certification - FSSC22000). Supports quality, food safety and HSE certifications
- Conducts GLP, GMP and Food Safety inspections, root-cause analyses, monitors NCRs. Ensures housekeeping in the area of responsibility. Identifies and properly disposes non-conforming materials and products.
- Monitors OPEX budgets per assigned area; creates purchase requisitions and goods receipts.
- Participates in trainings on Cleaning and Sanitation, Calibration, Consumer Response, Sensory Evaluation, Laboratory Management System, Analyst Proficiency Testing, QA Refresher Course, Food Hygiene, Continual Improvement / Problem Solving Process, SPC.
- Responds on customer / consumer inquiries, and participates in cross-functional and food safety team for root-cause analysis.
- Participates in the qualification process of ingredients, raw materials and packaging materials.
- Supports Supplier Quality Assurance / Vendor Approval Program. Conducts vendor audits and follow-ups for action plans. Conducts artwork verification, and participates in the implementation of strategic projects that contribute to the continuous improvement of the business, quality, and people.

4. Manage past performance reports, resumes and proposal reuse materials’ libraries.



5. Direct coordination with Proposal Manager for all RFP, RFQ, and award submittals responses.
6. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather required data for proposal preparation.



7. Conduct desktop research of specific opportunities or general market intelligence in order to support a feasibility determination on a given RFP/RFQ.



8. Ensure all proposals, RFI’s, and / or reworks are submitted / delivered in a timely manner while meeting both the customers’ and CADG’s expectations of quality, delivery, cost and profitability



9. Synthesize all proposal related materials into a final client ready package.



10. Lead proposal production effort such as desktop publishing formatting, light editing, printing, copying, tab covers, producing binders and electronic media.



11. Maintain proposal milestones schedule such as review and due dates, kickoff meetings, Status update meetings, compliance matrices, etc.

• Implement a Security protocol onsite in compliance with Project HSE Plan and security protocols of Abengoa.
• Ensured compliance with regulations and state laws.
• Develop and provide security training for employees and managers.
• To clarify and resolve any Security issue to the Project staff.
• To manage the security personnel onsite.
• To perform periodical reporting.
• To provide support in emergency cases: coordination with Client, Labor Authority, and other government bodies
