Account Manager
(Rubbermaid Commercial Products)
Job summary
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for delivering the annual sales targets for Rubbermaid Commercial Products in the assigned region, working closely with the Sales and Channel Management in developing plans/budgets/marketing activities. Running the day to day business, you will also identify new business opportunities and execute promotional activities within assigned area and accounts that enable Newell Brands to achieve best in class results.
Key responsibilities:
• Prepare and execute annual budgets for the area
• Prepare and execute promotional sales activities and campaigns
• Execute sales visits/calls to existing and potential customers in order to maximize sales growth
• Train key distributor staff on product features and benefits
• Execute in store events in collaboration with customers/distributors
• Ensure proper reporting of sales activity performed
• Participate in trade shows
• Perform day to day management of distributors and customers activities
• Develop relationships with listed key accounts and potential customers
• Perform GAP analysis on individual customers
