Minimum 3 years of experience as a System /Network Administrator or IT Helpdesk Engineer
Experienced in dealing with Layer 3 Switching (Voice /Data) traffic, NEC PBX System (Voice Gateway, IP Phones)
Well-versed in maintaining Network /Software Solutions, Office 365 Mail Server, Outlook, Printers, Microsoft Servers 2008/2012, ERP System Management, VPN /Fortigate FGT 60D /30E Firewall, CCTV Video Surveillance, Biometric /Fingerprint Management System & Access Control, Word Press, Website hosting & Website Updates, Symantec Server & Client Applications
Able to help set up systems or resolve issues; troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can join immediately (max 1 month)
Must be willing to travel occasionally to Dubai
