With Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or any relevant discipline
Minimum of 1-2 years of front office experience on a similar capacity, preferably in a 5-star class environment or luxury brands
Good knowledge in the principles and practices within the front office division
Core work activities: leading front desk, guest services, and security teams, managing guest services and front desk teams, managing security team, managing projects and policies and providing exceptional customer service
Able to train and coach the workforce and lead by example
Posses’ professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Should be a very hands-on individual
Must be able to manage a multicultural team
