Contact Center Coordinator


The Contact Center Coordinator is responsible for bridging between the contact center agents and the contact center supervisor. Reporting to the Contact Center Supervisor, this position will provide support and assistance in all contact center scheduling requirements as well as provide assistance on any project related coordination.


Job Responsibilities


  • Gathers required information and documents from part-time employees.

  • Assists in the training of new part-time employees.

  • Assists in the scheduling of working hours for part-time employees working in the contact center.

  • Ensures the efficient operation of the contact center.

  • Coordinates with the HR team for processing labor cards, preparing contracts, and payroll for part-time employees.

  • Attend project meetings with client as needed.

The working hours for this position is 12:00pm to 8:00pm.
