Application Development Engineer, EMEA - Engineered Solutions - KaMin LLC
For the right candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to join the team of a well established global manufacturing company. This key role will be responsible to lead the technical services effort in the EMEA for the company's Engineered Solutions markets. Technical service activities including support for existing products and supporting the NPD process and launch of new products. Principal Responsibilities:
- Provides current and prospective customers with application development support and guidance regarding the proper use of the company’s products.
- Provides technical leadership and resolution of customer and distributor complaints.
- Avoids potential technical problems of existing products by being pro-active and openly communicating with customers and internal team members.
- Makes technical presentations for paint, coatings, ink, adhesive, rubber and plastic applications to distributors, customers, conferences and trade shows.
- Works with team members to commercialize new products in support of NPD Program.
- Provides technical training to team members, distributors, and customers regarding proper application and use of company products.
- Works with the commercial leader and team to develop new applications for existing products.
- Acts as the leading “applications problem solutions provider” for the customer base works to design technical service/customer-specific laboratory studies.
- Accountable for managing and continuously improving product support timelines and the launch of new products/solutions.
- Guides the company's lab regarding customer-specific applications.
- Guides the Director, Global Engineered Solutions and others on customer needs and potential new product solutions.
- Ensures that the company’s Engineered Solutions products are properly championed and that world-class applications expertise is provided by:
- providing direction and technical expertise concerning product and process fitness-for-use criteria.
- collaborating with marketing and research to develop opportunities, applications, and product concepts for currently served or new markets.
- Contributes to the commercialization process by working with the companies teams to provide high-quality data-driven sales tools such as presentations, papers, technical bulletins, and technical magazine articles.

Cross Border Road Transportation (GCC)
Manage Land Transport effectively to minimize the cost and efficiency on delivery

Resolve problems concerning transportation & logistics for imports or exports

Cross Cultural Communications Specialist - Nawah
Assist in addressing the cultural dimensions of organizational life at Nawah and develop systems and practices to create a sustainable organizational culture. Provide support to all aspects of the other Organizational Effectiveness (OR) work streams as needed.
Cross Cultural Communications
- Diagnose oral and written communication needs, and develop strategies for enhancing effective safety communications, particularly in the plant.

- Assist in attaining the required facilities for events to foster greater cultural and intercultural awareness, as well as, interventions to support social mixing and building relations within Nawah.

Nuclear Contracts Performance Manager - Nawah
Lead and direct the establishment of strategic and non-strategic contracts as well as oversee contract management activities in line with Nawah’s policies, procedures and guidelines in order to ensure that Nawah obtains value in its contractual relationships and that all contractual commitments are executed and completed in a safe and efficient manner.
1- Contract Development and Performance Management
Oversee the preparation, implementation and execution of strategic and nuclear contracts to ensure that Nawah’s interests are protected
Oversee the establishment of contracts, development of technical requirements and contracting specifications to ensure that they are aligned with regulatory standards and industry leading practices.
Oversee single point of contact activities of the Strategic Nuclear Contracts and Non-Strategic Nuclear Contracts to ensure they are providing clear and effective points of contact for stakeholders.
Oversee contract management activities, to ensure high performance, such as:
Contract start-up activities
Invoicing, payments and charge-backs
Contract changes
Release orders/ task orders.
Oversee verification of contract responsibilities, agreed milestones, deliverables etc. to provide additional confidence of performance. Items to be verified include:

Monitor coordination of contract management activities with all stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.

2- Schedule Oversight

Verify impact assessments of change requests on the integrated contractor schedule and its components to support decision making.
Oversee schedule changes across the program, outage or on-line plans are tracked and managed to ensure positive control.
Verify all schedules documented within Nawah are robust, mature and complete to ensure proper tracking of the schedules.
Counsel senior management on the performance of the schedules (variances, maturity and completeness) to inform decision making.
3- Procedures, Processes and Guidelines
Oversee contract management and administration guidelines, procedures / processes as required to ensure proper procedural oversight.

Validate updates to the equipment master database (creation/modification/deletion of equipment master information) through the overseeing activities including:Review of documents prepared by the maintenance team or the system engineering team.
Register equipment master in Operating Management System (OMS).
Lead the final investment decision (FID) process to facilitate obtaining new equipment, through:Leading requests deciding functional significance from the system engineering team.
Validating significance determination prepared by system engineering.
Leading submittals to Plant Health Committee (PHC) for equipment which received critical FID A/B testing phases in significance after evaluation to gain approval.

Prepare for World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) pre-start up peer reviews.to ensure effective communication.

2- Outage and Emergency Response Organization (ERO) Support

Provide training feedback on program effectiveness with evaluation of operator performance to enhance training and qualification program quality.
4- Budget

Senior Mechanical Maintenance Specialist - Nawah
Execute mechanical maintenance related activities including review of Prime Contract (PC)’s maintenance documentation and deliverables, development of mechanical maintenance documents, programs, processes and procedures, and support of licensing to ensure that the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) equipment performance and material condition support safe and reliable plant operation.
