Sales Executive (Commercial Vehicles) - Juma Al Majid Group

Job Purpose: The job holder is accountable to generate enquiries, visit customers and fulfil their demands by providing the right product for the right applications. Achieve the sales target.


Dimensions: Annual Target - To be discussed with the Division Target.


Principal Accountability:


  • Must have agood knowledge and understanding of the commercial vehicle market and vehicle sales selling process.

  • Must have the ability to negotiate with customers regarding features and benefits of their product.

  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.

  • Manage the sales process, Daily summary activity, Making Calls/Visits, Following up on calls, Closing Quality Offers and Ultimately Invoicing the Vehicle.

  • Responsible to increase the customer database and managing the input of the customer detail into the system.

  • Increase Sales and achieve the set target presented by management.

  • Excellent communication skills and selling abilities.

  • Provide management with constant updates regarding Outlook, Daily call activity (New & Existing Customer's) and Pending Deal Activity

Minimum Requirements:


  • 5 years CV Sales Experience

  • CV product knowledge and terminology

  • Competitor knowledge and awareness

  • Valid UAE Driving license and computer skills

  • Self Confidence, self motivation with excellent communication skills

  • Pro Active, leadership qualities and very aggressive

  • Excellent in English Language, Arabic would be an advantage.
