o يتم تحقيق جميع المواعيد النهائية لبنود المشروع المتفق عليها في الوقت المحدد.
o عند حدوث قيود ، والتي قد تتسبب في تجاوز المشروع للمواعيد النهائية الرئيسية ، يتم وضع خطة عمل لضمان التغلب على هذه المشكلة.
o يتم تنسيق أنشطة جميع الأطراف المشاركة في المشروع لضمان التنفيذ الفعال للمشروع.
