Estimation Engineer

This role is with a leading service company specialising in Facilities Managements. This company has a diverse amount of projects such as MEP, EPC, Water & Security and more.
Required Duties :
- Review of RFP documents for Facility Management services & understanding the detailed scope of work.
- Calculating the manpower required for the planned preventive maintenance & reactive maintenance as per the asset list.
- Calculating the consumables required for the planned preventive maintenance & reactive maintenance.
- Calculating the spare part list required for the planned preventive maintenance & reactive maintenance.
- Pricing of the Facilities Management services of projects.
- Consulting specialist's subcontractors for other services and receives competitive quotations.
- Writing up proposals in compliance with the Company's standards and as per client's requirement.
- Arranging site visit for subcontractors, and consequently negotiate and receive competitive quotes from them as required.
- Suggesting cost saving methods and value added ideas to ensure a competitive bid.
