Head of Legal - Oil & Gas
An oil & gas organisation are looking to appoint a Head of Legal to be based in the UAE.
As part of the Executive Leadership team, the role will be responsible for owning all legal activities and protecting legal interests in pursuit of achieving corporate objectives across an international geography of operation.
Candidates must have:
- 5+ years PQE
- In house legal oil & gas experience is a must
- Middle East work experience and experience working for a multinational organisation, with multicultural teams.
- Expertise in contract drafting, review, negotiation and advice
- Law degree & formal qualifications
UAE office based. Full time, direct hire.
Estimated remuneration: USD $15 - 18K per month total cash package + Private health insurance + Annual vacation flight ticket
