2. Accountable for preventive maintenance (PM) and witness the inspections and testing on plants mechanical equipment, manage and coordinate external Mechanical Maintenance contractors to ensure compliance with PM work orders (generated by Planning Department), and maintenance procedures.


3. Accountable to manage contract quality and productivity in accordance to the terms & conditions of the contract and advise the Rotating Equipment Lead Engineer on any issues. Attend weekly Contract Review Meetings with the contractors to control their time & attendance sheets accuracy, to issue confirmation of verbal instructions (CVI) for non-contractual maintenances, raise purchase requisitions as needed, and negotiate commercial terms accordingly.


4. Responsible to raise Plant Equipment Modification (PEM) requests, collect and reconcile new equipment maintenance record data sheets and submit to the Rotating Equipment Lead Engineer for approval, whenever applicable.


5. To control parts stock levels, raise material requests in MAXIMO when required to meet the maintenance requirements, and proceeds with material inspections upon delivery.


6. Accountable to monitor and control outages, servicing and testing reports for mechanical equipment regularly.


7. Accountable for the supervision of the cleanliness of the contractors’ managed workshop and the plant environment, following under safe work practices, and complying with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 18001:2007.


8. Responsible to prepare annual Mechanical Maintenance budget, recommend and submit to Rotating Equipment Lead Engineer, control and optimize the level of expenditure within set limits.


9. Accountable to earn training hours annually to enhance knowledge sharing across functions, and for the training and development delivery of the trainees according to set SWI’s (Standard Working Instructions) and Maintenance procedures.

Receive and greet customers, discuss servicing/ repair needs, guide them on assessment & repair of problems/ faults and service requirements based on manufacturer recommendation and when agreed to record the requirement correctly on job card to avoid any ambiguity effecting the quality of repair.


Explain to the customer contents of the job, its value and cost involved. After obtaining confirmation prepare clear and unambiguous work instruction for the technician to carry out the job and keep in constant touch to ensure that work is progressing in proper manner.


Organize inspection upon completion of the job to ensure the quality of the job meets the prescribed standard and to satisfy the customer that the job has been carried out as desired.


Deliver the vehicle in most courteous manner once the job has been completed to the entire satisfaction of the customer and authorities of the workshop so as to ensure continuity of business.


Establish healthy and profitable relationship by proactively communicating and following up with the existing as well as prospective customer on performance of their cars and if they require any service attention so as to consolidate and enhance the customer base.


Keep the customers constantly posted on the status of the back order parts, their actual date and time of arrival to assure customer of the company’s genuine interest in sorting out his problem so as retain customer’s confidence.


Keep customers periodically informed about the work progress and deliver vehicles after collecting the repair charges / LPO/ IPO.


Up sell new accessories, service packages, additional service and participate actively in service campaign.


Upgrade product knowledge through web based training and class room training.
Establish cordial relation with customers and workshop staff.


Follow up on Work In Progress (WIP) targeting closer in 30 days.


Follow-up with customers on long pending vehicles for taking delivery.

Education and training

as Electrician with minimum 3 years relevant experience.
2. Familiarization of all the Electrical drawing in the Panel &
understanding electrical connections.
Communication skills

To build on the successes already achieved, Invest NI is seeking to appoint a Head of Territory for the IMEA region.


With responsibility for leading a team of Business Development professionals across the region to deliver specific Trade and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) targets, the successful candidate will report directly to the Executive Director, International Business based in Invest NI’s headquarters in Belfast, Northern Ireland.


The post holder must be an experienced business professional with a strong management and successful business development background. They should also have a proven track record in dealing with senior level executives and government officials, with a clear understanding of the IMEA markets including key business sectors, main economic drivers, operational constraints and solutions.
It is envisaged that the post holder will travel regularly within the IMEA region in order to deliver job targets, lead the team and develop new markets and business networks. The post holder will also be required to travel to other cities outside of IMEA from time to time, such as Belfast, London and Dublin.


Key duties include:


• Developing and implementing a strategic plan for the IMEA region for Trade and FDI in conjunction with Invest NI’s Head office;


• Directing and assessing market research on trends and identifying opportunities for specific sectors to assist the development of the regional strategy;


• Planning, managing and delivering promotional activities and events, senior officials and VIP visits in the IMEA region;


• Leading and providing direction to the IMEA teams to win Trade sales and attract FDI to Northern Ireland;
