CRM Manager - Robert Walters

We are currently looking for a CRM Manager to work for a Multinational Fashion Luxury Brand. The role is based in Dubai, UAE.



Responsibilities:

• Manage the customers' database and increase number of clients

• Ability to extract data, data mining, KPI, strategic analysis and reporting
• 
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Implement marketing tools such as targeting, contact strategy, ROI Maximization…
• 
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Manage the customer complaints and the customer service
• 
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Focus on coordination between different teams to ensure clear communication and help plan events, promotions of the brand and to push the product launches towards a targeted client segment
• 
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Handle event management related to CRM and coordinate the budget
• 
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Provide CRM trainings for new joiners in store.
• 
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Requirements:
  
• Minimum 7 years of CRM experience in Luxury Retail (Watches & Jewellery, Fashion)
• 
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Experience in CRM project management
• 
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Excellent knowledge in Excel, statistical tools, reporting tools and SAP would be a plus
• 
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Ability to prepare forecasting models and data mining
• 
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Candidate must be goal oriented and proactive
• 
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Candidate must speak English fluently, Arabic/French would be a plus
