Leadership Effectiveness and Team Effectiveness is crucial to build a strong nuclear safety culture. This position will influence change to build alignment and effectiveness with the multicultural, multinational Enterprise leaders and operations staff who are vital in managing and delivering operational excellence. Assisting and building teams, assessing performance of leaders and their people as well as designing and implementing strategies to improve non-technical skills are fundamental to this role.
