Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading retailer in UAE who are looking for a strong Visual Manager to manage and implement their visual merchandising strategies across the region. The role requires someone with experience in the fashion industry with good knowledge of the current market trends and excellent eye for detail.

Job Description:

The responsibilities of the Visual Manager within this retail business will include:

· Creating, developing, and implementing all the visual merchandising programs

· Design the in-store displays keeping in mind the organization's sales objectives

· Regularly travel to the stores to communicate the visual merchandising strategy

· Create window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotion displays

· Monitor the costs and work within budget

· Liaise with suppliers and source elements

· Research the current design and fashion trends

Key Requirements:

· Proven work experience of 4-5 years as visual manager

· Strong visual design skills

· Proficiency in Photoshop or other visual design tools

· Strong team management experience

· Experience of working with multiple stores

· Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, a second language is a plus

Oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities.

Implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.

Ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area

• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy;
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems;
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status;
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices;
• Confer and coordinate activities with other divisions;
• Move inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinate inventory transfers with related departments;
• Deliver supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items;
• Maintain storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements;
• Maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconcile variances; input data;
• Secure warehouse by adhering to safety measures;
• Keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs;
• Accomplished warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed Management;
• Achieve high-levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods;
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance;
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees;
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload;

• Establish a good relationship with all sales team members across the two groups to ensure smooth logistical procedure;
