- Procure to pay for non-cashed benefits:

- Set up and upload of MDS file monthly. IT/HR TOOLS (update,maintenance)

- Registration/deletion and update of employee in Carm (transfer, group mails/ email creation)
- Registration/deletion in LMS. Training assignment and report/maintenance
- Distribution List
- Leads employee orientation/ Interface, mobilization and demobilization:
- Ensure PRO task in his absence (portal access, appointment, application, cancellation)
- Liase with the PRO for the employment and residency visa process of employee
- Relocation Management- If applicable, administrate and monitor tenancy process and agreement, Shipment, Maintenance, Handover, DEWA,etc by collaborating with the relocation agent, legal, finance, home HR and employee.
- Administrate applicable joining and exit preparation of new or departing employee such as but not limited to: IT coordination-mobile, laptop, access card, parking, policies and procedures, expense claims, temporary accommodation/ hotel, flight, vehicle request, handover) and communication with IMob or home HR for - Insurance, payroll.
- Liase with communication team and line manager for the Employee Announcement.
- As applicable, assists and coordinates the relocation of the employee and his/her family (housing, school, orientation programs, VISAs, bank account opening, driving license etc).
- Updates and completes whenever needed the UAE welcome booklet, shared HR tracker

- Issuance of employment certificates, NOC, bank letters as requested by employees

- Report maintenance/ acknowledgement certificates, follow ups
