  1. Procure to pay for non-cashed benefits:


  • Manage car leasing, New car lease and assignment, cancellation

  • Administrate tenancy contract for entitled employees, set up and cancellation, coordinate with legal

  • Onboarding and demobilization tickets

  • Relocation related - during mobilization and demob

  • Training related

  • On boarding related Training

  • Registration and payment of all required employee Insurances



  1. Monitor HR system and files:


  • Set up and upload of MDS file monthly. IT/HR TOOLS (update,maintenance)

  • Kanoo administration

  • Registration/deletion and update of employee in Carm (transfer, group mails/ email creation)

  • Registration/deletion in LMS. Training assignment and report/maintenance

  • Distribution List



  1. Leads employee orientation/ Interface, mobilization and demobilization:


  • Ensure PRO task in his absence (portal access, appointment, application, cancellation)

  • Liase with the PRO for the employment and residency visa process of employee

  • Relocation Management- If applicable, administrate and monitor tenancy process and agreement, Shipment, Maintenance, Handover, DEWA,etc by collaborating with the relocation agent, legal, finance, home HR and employee.

  • Administrate applicable joining and exit preparation of new or departing employee such as but not limited to: IT coordination-mobile, laptop, access card, parking, policies and procedures, expense claims, temporary accommodation/ hotel, flight, vehicle request, handover) and communication with IMob or home HR for - Insurance, payroll.

  • Liase with communication team and line manager for the Employee Announcement.

  • As applicable, assists and coordinates the relocation of the employee and his/her family (housing, school, orientation programs, VISAs, bank account opening, driving license etc).

  • Updates and completes whenever needed the UAE welcome booklet, shared HR tracker



  1. HR Orientation


  • Explain company policies and procedures to employees

  • Review and explain benefits and entitlement

  • Follow up mobilisation process and update the employee as required

  • Issuance of employment certificates, NOC, bank letters as requested by employees

  • Workmen's Compensation & Employers Liability

  • Public Liability Insurance

  • Issue employee Requests

  • Salary certificates/ NOC/ etc...

  • Monitor employee Clearance

  • Administrate Company car (lease, enrollment, etc), T&E - Corporate Citi card

  • Creation of employee file



  1. Training and Performance Review


  • Training and LMS Maintenance

  • Compliance/ group training administration (Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Digital passport, Travel Security, etc)

  • Report maintenance/ acknowledgement certificates, follow ups

  • Sourcing

  • Logistics (Internal/External-departments trainings)

  • Training paths

  • Performance Review, IOF, TMS

  • Performance Review assignment and tracker

  • IOF Collection
