- Overseeing and managing the Marshalling Yards prior, during and after all events.
- Single point of contact for clients, contractors and civil defence on all marshalling yard
matters.
- Liaising with planners to make sure containers/freight is managed during the events.
- Ensuring all machinery and equipment that are being used in events have test certificates and the requisite licenses.
- Ensuring all lifting operations are carried out safely.
- Monitoring and reporting on contractor led matters and issues during all 3 phases of the
event.
- Any other duties as needed or required and deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgement.
