Branch Operations Officer - JUBAILI BROS

  • Attend to customers visiting the showroom and cater to their needs through conducting indoor sales and responding to their requirements.

  • Manage the branch stock by overviewing stock replenishment, storage and movement as well as planning regular inventory checks.

  • Monitor the daily cashbox operations of collection and bank deposits and ensure sound and accurate cashbox opening and closing.

  • Review the daily movement review; annotate, request needed rectifications and submit to Head of Branch / Head office accounts.

  • Provide the Head of Branch and top management – as may be required – with feedback pertaining to the branch in terms of operations and performance.

  • Coordinate any occasional need for after sales services with the After Sales Support team.
