This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading International Education group, as a Front Desk Registrar
This role is perfect for someone passionate about Education and enjoys working with Children of all ages.
Experience of working with children with SEN (special educational needs) is preferred but not essential.
We are looking for an excellent communicator, who can deliver an efficient, welcoming and positive customer experience to both prospective families and our long-standing clients.
The Registrar is responsible for all aspects of the enquiry and admissions process, and your goal is to establish and maintain client relationships from the very beginning.
You will be responsible for monitoring and recording pupil records, including attendance and performance reports.
The role is pivotal in ensuring all parents and their children receive personal attention and quality service throughout their time with Carfax Education.
The ideal candidate must hold the following skills:
- UAE Resident, with English as native language
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal (phone, email and face to face)
- Basic Accounting skills, managing payments and invoice schedules
- Highly proficient in administrative and organizational skills
- Prioritise skills accurately, with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Proven team player who works well under pressure
- Confident, empathetic and reliable
Desired skills:
- Experience of reception and other office work
- Experience working in the Education sector

Carfax Education will cover all visa costs for the successful candidate, but we will also consider applicants with their own visa sponsorship or father/spouse visa.
Work Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday, 9:00am - 7:00pm
