- Work with Business Analyst team to develop new customized requirements or enhance existing requirements in MS Dynamics D365 FO
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot support requests, identify issue, and implement a solution
- Create and maintain technical documentation around existing and new customizations
- Utilize version control system such as Azure DevOps, Git
