Job Description:
Manage all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. Forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance.
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Achieve set F&B budget, prepare costing cards, recipes, maintaining approved cost including consumables and wastages
In charge of making and implementing policies that match the company’s mission and develop and continually update manuals that has consistency within brands
Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
