P.A. / Personal Assistant, Personal Secretary - SMTMN Marketing Management

Job Description:

To support a busy executive with personal secretarial and administrative services.

P.A. will be working from the executive’s home-office


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial services by attending to routine administrative paperwork.
  • Managing an active calendar of appointments, itineraries and agendas including arranging for services and conduct of meetings.
  • Preparing correspondence; arranging meetings and events, as required.
  • Monitor the daily schedule of house staff and outside contractors for pool, garden, etc.
  • Screen incoming mails and telephone calls, action responses.
  • To manage a Filing System and ensure proper upkeep of home-office including managing stationery.
  • Manage Travel itineraries, arranging the tickets and accommodation and following up on the timelines. 
  • Completing expense reports and handling payroll of home-office staff; maintain petty cash accounts by verifying authenticity of claims and expenses
