- Support by communicating on behalf of F123 with parents of blind children, schools, organizations, foundations, and government agencies, whenever they receive inquiries from them, and/or to establish communication with them to gather information on their technical requirements and/or share with them information about F123 products and services; 


- Support the development of program work plans and ensure that objectives and targets are achieved; 


- Research to identify associations, organizations, foundations, and government agencies dedicated to blindness-related matters, as well as key decision makers within them.
