The purpose of the Associate – Expo Live role to manage the day-to-day activities of University Innovation Programme grant recipients ensuring necessary compliance and deliverables.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
- Assist F123 team by using the Arabic version of their software and reporting on any errors found, usability issues, and areas where improvements would be desirable;
- Assist F123 team by translating both technical and generic content for their Arabic-speaking users, and will also help by drafting and/or translating posts and other content for online communication;
- Assist with interactions with Arabic-speaking users, when these require assistance and/or when they write to F123 team with requests and suggestions-
- Support by communicating on behalf of F123 with parents of blind children, schools, organizations, foundations, and government agencies, whenever they receive inquiries from them, and/or to establish communication with them to gather information on their technical requirements and/or share with them information about F123 products and services;
- Support the development of program work plans and ensure that objectives and targets are achieved;
- Research to identify associations, organizations, foundations, and government agencies dedicated to blindness-related matters, as well as key decision makers within them.
