Customer & Marketing Support
Maintain, administrate & develop our Sales Force Customer Relationship Management Tool
Initiate, design and implement marketing activities as workshops, events, in-house exhibitions or trainings.
Review our digital marketing activities, develop and create new approaches together with internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct market research, benchmarks, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation
Conduct and administrate vendor registrations and relations with leads & customers.
Accounting Tasks
Process accounting entries for accounts payable, receivable, cash and banks, employee expense claim reports, inter-company purchases and general ledger, maintenance of fixed assets register (soft & hard copies)
Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and support external accounting provider
Issue bills, invoices, and account statements and follow-up and resolve past due accounts and invoices until payment in full is received or resolved (soft & hard copies)
Office Administration Tasks
Coordinate tasks and work with other departments as sales, operation & supply chain / warehouse, assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet expectations of our internal and external clients.
Organize and schedule appointments, attend meetings and follow up with internal & external stakeholders
Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for offices and/or organizations.
Assisting with purchasing and inventory control of department equipment and supplies, follow up local and international purchase orders
Manage relationship with government agencies, PRO incl. customs, Dubai Economic Department, Landlord, Owner Association, insurance and other service providers.
