Open to any nationality
Male, 45 years old and below
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or any related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience of BIM modelling platforms in an Architecture firm/Engineering or Construction
Ability to use common modelling software such as Revit, Bentley, Civil 3D and so on
Ability to modify model and add parameter according to the process characteristics of the contractor
Can be used for 3D model applications such as factory, crane, industrial equipment and construction site including but not limited to the analysis about clearance, fire, material, safety and others
Have the experience about 4D Modelling
Ability to provide complete 4D progress report
Ability to use 4D model do the intuitive progress report and project forecast
Ability to use Naviswork and to use one kind display software such as Lumion, Fuzor, Infraswork, 3D max and so on
Excellent communication skills
Can join immediately (max 1 month)

Salary is up to 25,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
