Quest Search & Selection is working with an industry-leading, consumer electronics business and they're looking to hire a Senior CRM Manager who is responsible for managing all CRM activities across the region. Working alongside the marketing division, you will be responsible for:
- Support the marketing divisions for all marketing strategies, campaigns and activities
- Maximise retention and sales, whilst decreasing churn and repurchase cycle
- Increase ROI and identify new customers
- Establish best practices for the region
- Understand consumer activities and behaviours using advanced analytics
- Deliver a sustainable consumer experience to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in CRM/Loyalty/Retention
- GCC experience
- MUST have worked in a multinational, cross-functional business
- MUST have experience in running data-driven digital marketing campaigns
- MUST have experience in setting up and integrating systems and tools for CRM and digital marketing
