As the System Reliability Engineer in our team, you are responsible for the operational support of our products and front-line customer management for any incident reports. You will ensure maximum uptime of our deployments and perform any required system update in the form of patches, hotfixes or upgrades. You are also part of the escalation, issue triage and technical support processes. You assist with prioritization of technical issues, escalations to engineering team, and coordinating resolutions with our clients.

- You are detailed, designing and maintaining automation code for deployment and configuration of systems and services.
- Follow production deployment procedures and design the best technical approach with network and access constraints.
- Follow production support processes to document day to day support activities, contribute to knowledge base.
