Description
- Drafting and reviewing a range of contracts
- Reviewing the companies internal policies, as well as drafting them in some isntances
- Representing the company in court where necessary
Profile- Junior lawyer, up to 4/5 years of experience
- Strong grounding in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts
- Ideally fluent in Arabic as well as English
