Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to manage the full aspect of the Happiness Ecosystem and continuously enhance the pillars according to market trend and best practices.
This role also overlooks and ensures smooth running and timely execution of all relevant Initiatives, Brainstorms and any other aspects linked to the Ecosystem, in order to facilitate and transform a fully integrated happy DSOA culture.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage Happiness Eco-system pillars and ensure efficient execution of projects throughout the year.
- Development, review and maintenance of the Happiness Ecosystem policies, procedures and processes to promote a positive corporate culture within the Organization, wherever applicable.
- Continuously research and study best practices, perform local and international market benchmarks, and produce finding reports.
- Develop and maintain a competitive employee recognition framework to enhance the culture of recognition in the organization.
- Suggest and produce enhancements and new initiatives that gives the department a competitive edge and keeps the Happiness Ecosystem up-to-date and active.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders using various channels in order to enhance internal projects and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Manage and ensure success of all major events organized by the division.
- Measure company’s happiness through Corporate Happiness Framework, analyze results, recommend areas for improvement and implement the plan to increase the happiness rate in the organization
- Collaborate with other entities to promote happiness through joint programs
- Efficiently run the daily operations, assist in development of the annual strategy and plan in alignment with the department and company strategy.
- Develop award submissions for happiness and wellbeing related awards in collaboration with Excellence team
- Produce periodic reports on project statuses, facts, figures and other information for the management team’s review and input.
- Manage direct reports and ensure they constantly have opportunities to grow and develop as professionals using the best available tools and methodologies, i.e. Performance Management System.
