آپ سے ایک سوال پوچھنا ہے؟ میں گھر کی طرف قدم بڑھا رہا تھا اچانک ایک آواز سماعت سے ٹکرائی،میں رکا پیچھے مڑ کر دیکھا ایک اکیس بائیس سال کا نوجوان تھا، جی!بتائیں کیا بات ہے؟ میں رک گیا اور اس کی طرف متوجہ ہو کر پوچھا۔ اگر سوال کروں تو بُرا تو محسوس نہیں کریں گے؟ اس نوجوان نے مزید قریب ہو کر پوچھا نہیں بالکل نہیں آپ پوچھیں،اگر جواب آتا ہوا ضرور دوں گا ورنہ کسی سے پوچھ کر بتا دوں گا،میں نے اسے اعتماد میں لیا کیونکہ میں چاہتا تھا کہ اسے جہاں تک ہوسکے رہنمائی دوں۔ میں کیسے پتہ چلا سکتا ہوں کہ اللہ میرے قریب ہے؟اس نے قدرے دھیمے لہجے میں پوچھا، اگر آپ کچھ وضاحت کریں تو شاید بات میں سمجھ سکوں،میں اسے کریدنا چاہتا تھا دیکھیں ناں،میں نماز جہاں تک ہوسکے پڑھتا ہوں،روزے بھی رکھتا ہوں اور صدقہ بھی اکثر دیتا ہوں مجھے نہیں یاد پڑتا کہ کسی مانگنے والے کو جھڑکا ہو،بعض اوقات تو اللہ کو یاد کرتے ہوئے آنکھیں بھی نم ہو جاتی ہیں مگر۔۔۔۔۔۔ وہ خاموش ہوا اور پھر گویا ہوا، مگر پتہ نہیں ،یوں لگتا ہے کہ جیسے اللہ ناراض ہے،اللہ میری سنتا نہیں،یوں لگتا ہے میرے اعمال بس کھوکھلے ہو چکیں ہیں ،میں جتنا آگے جاتا ہوں تو یوں لگتا ہے کہ اتنا ہی پیچھے آرہا ہوں،میں بہت پریشان ہوں،اور یہ پریشانی اب عبادات میں بھی خلل ڈال رہی ہیں۔۔ میں غور سے آنکھیں نیچی کرکے باتیں سن رہا تھا کہ اچانک،یوں لگا یہ نوجوان اندر سے بُری طرح ٹوٹ چکا تھا،میں نے ایک سوال کیا۔ اچھا مجھے یہ بتاؤ خلل کیسا؟ بس یہی ، کہ خیال آتا ہے کہ اب عبادت کرنے کا کیا فائدہ،اب دعائیں مانگنے کا کیا فائدہ،یہ خیالات اب عبادت کرنے میں خلل ڈالتے ہیں، اس نے وضاحت کی، میں نے بات شروع کی، بھئی! ایک بات تو آپ سمجھتے ہو ناں؟ کہ چور اُسی جگہ جاتا ہے جہاں دولت ہوتی ہے، جی ایسا ہی ہے،اس نے جوا ب دیا میں مخاطب ہوا، تو سمجھو !کہ اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ آپ کے دل میں ایمان ہے ،شیطان اسی کے دل پر حملہ کرتا ہے اور اسی کو بہکاتا ہے جس کے دل میں ایمان کی رمق بھی ہو، اب آپ کا اگلا سوال کہ اللہ کی قربت کا کیسے پتہ چلے گا، تو بھئی! یہ مت دیکھو اللہ رب العزت کتنا قریب ہے بلکہ یہ دیکھو ہم کتنے قریب ہیں، جتنا ہم اللہ رب العزت کے قریب ہوں گے وہ ذات بھی اسی طرح ہمارے قریب ہوگی اور اس ذات کی عبادت ہی اس کے قرب کا احساس ہے، تو آپ کا نماز پڑھنا،روزہ رکھنا اور اس سے مانگنا یہ اس کے قرب کی نشانی ہے،یاد رکھیں جب اللہ ناراض ہوتا ہے تو سب سے پہلے عبادات سے غافل کر دیتا ہے،اپنے سامنے جھکنے سے غافل کر دیتا ہے،آپ خود دیکھیں جب آپ نماز کے لیے جارہے ہوں تو کتنے لوگ اپنے دنیاوی کاموں میں لگے ہوں گے ،تو سوچیں اس رب نے آپ کو ہی کیوں چُنا؟۔کیونکہ کیونکہ وہ آپ کے قریب ہے،اسے ہماری عبادات کی ضرورت نہیں بلکہ ضرورت تو ہمیں اس ذات کی عبادت کی ہے، میں نے بات مکمل کی،اور آخر میں ایک سوال پوچھا دیکھو اگر تم اپنی ماں کا کہا مانو گے تو کیا خیال ہے اس کی محبت کم ہوگی یا زیادہ؟ ظاہر ہی محبت زیادہ ہوگی،اس نے فوراً جواب دیا، تو میرے بھائی وہ اللہ رب العزت تو ستر ماؤں جتنا پیار لیے ہوئے ہیں تو وہ ذات کسیے دور ہوگی؟ میں خاموش ہوا،اچانک دیکھا وہ نوجوان سلام کرکے دوبارہ مسجد کی طرف چل پڑا۔۔See More

Senior Manager Help Desk - Executive Solutions









1.     Oversee and manage the AFM Help Desk to support consistent and effective operations


2.     Ensure 24/7 cover for the Helpdesk by organising staffing rosters for cover and ensuring all staff are trained on and understand their responsibilities, being the customer facing point of contact for all faults and requests.


3.     Establish helpdesk escalation framework including prioritization and logging of service requests


4.     Liaise with service delivery teams to ensure correct prioritisation of asset faults and requests


5.     Track and monitor fault and request resolution


6.     Process, prioritise and respond to stakeholder and occupier enquiries on faults and requests


7.     Oversee AFM coordination at the Operations Control Center


8.     Provide critical management information reports that will be used to manage the performance and compliance with suppliers


9.     Understand aspects of the service delivery contracts and the SLAs in order to log work using the correct priority codes, to enable accurate reporting and optimum functionality of the helpdesk system


10.  Oversee ticketing activity following the correct procedures and escalating any outstanding work as required or actioning further work to be carried out


11.  Proactively managing and monitoring the quality service provided by the helpdesk to ensure that standards are met, response/final fix times are achieved and problems are resolved or escalated to minimise operational disruptions
