We are looking to hire experienced Product Manager, who can work on the development and deployment of new Retail Asset products (PL and Mortgages) introduced by the bank.
Responsibilities-
- Review the profitability of Retail Asset products and recommend changes when necessary to improve competitiveness and increase profitability
- Product initiatives while ensuring adherence to Bank’s policies, ethics and code of conduct
- Manage MIS activities, ensuring timely and accurate MIS is maintained to track revenue generation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritize and design processes with an objective for digitalization
- Manage portfolio attrition by controlling movement of Mortgage/Personal loans to other financial institutions and maintain the Asset book at the set budget levels with minimal impact on yields
- Develop effective campaigns in order to leverage the product effectively across all sourcing channels
