Marketing Associate - Source2Hire

Events:  The Marketing Associate will be primarily responsible for managing Endeavor-branded events as well as supporting the company's presence and participation in relevant community activities.


This includes assisting with raising sponsorship, managing event logistics including coordinating with suppliers and venues, managing ticketing platforms, pre and post-event marketing and ensuring that events are executed on time and within budget.


The associate is also expected to keep abreast of local and regional conferences and events by maintaining relationships with other local entrepreneurship organizations and private sector businesses.


 Brand Management: Working within the company's global corporate identity framework, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for building brand awareness as well as developing relevant collateral materials and executing marketing activities.


 Outreach and Thought Leadership:  The Marketing Associate will build and maintain contacts in the local press as well as help position the company's Managing Director, board members and entrepreneurs as effective spokespeople for entrepreneurship in the UAE.


 Web and Social Media Content:  The Marketing Associate will be responsible for maintaining the company's UAE’s website as well as executing a social media plan, in addition to drafting press releases and monthly newsletters.  The Associate will also be responsible for tracking, optimizing and acting on web/social media analytics as well as maintaining an up-to-date mailing list.


Working closely with a graphic designer, the Associate will also coordinate the creation and production of the annual Impact Report as well as all other print and digital marketing materials.
