Job Summary:


Supervise daily activities of vehicle repair and maintenance operation to ensure proper performance, repair, and safety of all district vehicles.


 


Duties and Responsibility:


  • Use diagnostic equipment to evaluate mechanical problems in vehicles

  • Provide guidance and direction to all staff members assigned to Fleet Maintenance.

  • Prioritize work order and assign appropriate shop staff.

  • Maintains vehicle records and repair data in the district fleet management software program

  • Responsible for the procurement of goods and services in compliance with district purchasing guidelines.

  • Recommends all contract vehicle repairs

  • Responsible for inventory records of supplies and parts.

  • Practice safe work habits and personal protective equipment as required.

  • Routinely inspect all shop equipment and work area to maintain a safe environment for our employees.

  • Assist the Workshop Superintendent to implement the procedures and policies through positive example and instruction to others.

  • Manage employee duty times as approved by the Service Manager/ Workshop Superintendent.

  • Adhere to the procurement purchasing guidelines, and with the approval of Workshop Superintendent / Service Manager.

  • Work closely with Administrative Assistant and Fleet Supervisor to ensure fleet vehicles are available for route and trip coverage.

  • Respond to breakdowns and/or accidents in a timely manner.

  • Maintain rapid deployment buses to expedite a response from the workshop.

  • Inspect work performed by mechanics in overhaul and repair of district automotive equipment.

  • Review and approve completed work orders.

  • Perform state safety inspections for all district vehicles.

  • Establish and maintain vehicle preventive maintenance schedules

  • Work irregular hours and respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Our client is a prestigious all girls private school based in Abu Dhabi that strives to provide an outstanding education founded on academic excellence. Customer Relationship Management:


 Lead the development and execution of a CRM strategy and plan along with relevant Management.
 Develop and launch a loyalty program.
 Develop and launch customer-oriented initiatives including email campaigns, SMS, newsletters.
 Structure CRM activities with a view of maximizing ROI, and business impact.
 Develop personalized content to make sure that all communications are relevant and engaging for a cohesive customer experience across all channels.
 Ensure consistency in all consumer contact initiatives and communication programs.
 Analyse and report characteristics such as purchase history, consumer types, behaviors, and demographics. Propose a customer segmentation strategy and plans adapted to this analysis.
 Examine and report on campaigns effectiveness in terms of traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
 Create visually engaging reports and presentations to show the effectiveness of each campaign and conduct post-campaign analytics to propose recommendations for future CRM campaigns.
 Work closely with the IT department to become familiar with the AX application and better understand all CRM feeds, data extraction, and statistics flowing in and out.


Planning and Budgeting:


 Oversee marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely.
 Ensure that all marketing/communications/public relations activities are within budget, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
 Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to smooth the operation of the marketing/communications/public relations function.


Management:


 Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the defined scope.
 Responsible for liaising with operational business units and corporate strategic planning to ensure an integrated and cohesive approach to marketing.
 Work with senior management to develop an annual Marketing Plan with realistic targets, budgets, and controls.
 Responsible for the process of marketing new products. Provides input and participates in the development of promotion and marketing strategies, to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
 Liaise with Operations and IT managers on maximizing the benefits of company’s CRM system.
 Collaborate with the HR Manager and Operations to assure that necessary sales and soft skills training are conducted to assure the best presentation of our brands and company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


The Payroll Sales Executive will be required to perform duties within the realm of four strategic areas. Focus areas will be generating new sales and building relationships to adding value to existing clients


These duties are outlined below:

a) Agree with management on sales targets.
b) Sales performance to a quarterly sales target
c) Assess sales income vs sales budget every month.
