Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting the QHSEM/MR in ensuring that the requirements of ISO 9001:,EMS 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 and DMS-026 and other applicable Standard are complied with and that internal audits are planned and performed regularly. Also responsible for ensuring proper communication, coordination and dissemination of updates related to QHSE management system are carried out and for the training of personnel to promote awareness of QHSE management system all throughout the organization. Responsible for Developing , controlling and safekeeping of QHSE management system manuals and procedures.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 Ensures that processes needed for the QHSE Management System are implemented and maintained.
 Establishes the schedule or plan of internal QHSE audit and assigns auditors for each team audit.
 Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
 Coordinates with the department managers on the Internal Audit plan/schedule and NCR follow-up verification.
 Conducts internal audit, as a team leader/team member in accordance with internal audit procedure and ISO 19001 standard. Prepares checklist for use as guide during internal audit.
 Gathers and analyzes QHSEMS performance data, identifies and reports areas for improvement to the management team.
 Co-ordinate with QHSE team members about reports & planned activities, summarizing the performance and present to QHSE department head.
 Communicate all concerned about any change in Legal and Internal policies related to QHSE department.
 Reviews and monitors corrective and preventive actions developed by departments to address QHSE observations/non-conformances.
 Ensures follow-up and closure of non-conformances and the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions taken by the department.
 Initiate review of documented QHSE, coordinates changes to concern departments and processes changes in the QHSE documentation.
 Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
 Preparing Monthly, Quarterly & annual QHSE performance report and Management Review Meetings.
 May be asked on occasion to perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency or not related to this classification.
 Communicates with employees and/or management to address employee suggestions or problems.
