Quest Search & Selection is working with a fine dining Asian Restaurant based in Dubai, UAE seeking a
a Head Bartender with great knowledge of cocktails, wines and champagne.
You must have experience in fine dining venues across GCC (experience in Europe is a plus) and must speak English fluent.
Please note this is not QSR or Casual Dining, applicants from these backgrounds shall not be considered.
Job Responsibilities (Head Bartender):
- Work close with the GM in the Beverage Menu creation
- Creating cocktail recipes and SOPs for making and serving the cocktails and other beverages
- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly inventories and maintaining the par level of the beverages and garnish
- Monitoring and controlling the wastages and stock requests
- Ability to train the Junior Bartenders and floor staff on Beverage Menu
- Anticipating and attending guest's needs
Expected Qualities (Head Bartender):- Have great customer service skills and have real passion for great service
- Have experience in Fine Dining Venues (Asian Cuisine is a plus) in GCC - Europe experience is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Hard working and proactive
- You should be driven to exceed expectations
- Confident and charismatic personal qualities
- Good team player, supporting to team members and management
- Candidates should be based in UAE
