Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining the materials /items stored inside the storeroom, receiving and issuing to the requestor. Complying with QHSE procedures/policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identifies critical materials/items, define and maintain the minimum stock to ensure availability at all times.
Initiate requisition for stackable materials/items in the storeroom.
Ensure that material/items received are arranged and placed in their designated area with proper identification.
Updates stock cards for materials/items received and issued.
Conducts physical count of the items in the storeroom.
Reporting of accidents and near misses to concern person.
Self-protection by using the required PPE.
Discontinuing of activity in case of any HSE violation.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
