ICU Physician Specialist -Zayed Military Hospital - Global Human Resources LLC

Admits, evaluates, assists patients and decide whether they need ICU admission or not
- Plays a major role in transferring patients from hospital to hospital or abroad
- Accompanies patients while they are carrying out an investigative procedure such as CT scan
- Teaching Medical students and junior doctors, researching and auditing
- Performs in-patients and out-patient duties
- Must be able to accompany a patient abroad if needed by permission and request of the medical board or assist patients in other hospitals as well as providing them with medical reports.
- Teaches and supervises junior staff in the ICU
- Observes junior staff during procedures
- Performs rounds seeing patients with the departmental team which includes residents; guiding them and teaching them simultaneously.
- Must be able to write transfer notes to other wards in the hospital
- Participates in on-call schedule for the ICU An ICU specialist must always be willing and ready to carry out big decisions regarding the transfer and management of crucially care patients to and from the hospital. The role of a specialist in the ICU is similar to that of a consultant however; they are not expected to practice procedures unless they have been granted certain privileges. Specialists are allowed to admit patients and decide whether they are in need of intensive care. They must be involved in in-patient and out-patient duties and patient care. They are responsible for junior staff, clinic duties and must also write reports and transfer notes.

Responsibilities:


• Attend merchandising strategic meetings, begin the process of collecting information from the Buying and Planning Departments to craft and prepare the best presentation for the launch of Brands and Items, involving the Web (On line Content Design and Production) for the Omnichannel strategy
• Support the Marketing department for on air communication guidelines and promotional tools to push Brand/Item (Facebook live or post, newsletter, sms….)
• Request and give input to the Omnichannel Production and Creative producer to realize trailers or promos for the launch of new Brands or Items
• Work closely with On-Air Talent Team to support in the selection and identification of new experts
• Create and update an archive with all Content materials
• Gather feedback and analyse the success of the Product/Wording to understand key elements
• Collaborate with On line Content Design and Production and the Set Designer for Look and Feel
• Conduct Workshops with Host, Expert, Sales Producer and Live Execution on new brands or Products also with the support of the Merchandising team
• Execute Tape Review to constantly improve On Air Execution of experts to guarantee consistency in FSPM, New customer acquisition, reduce return Rate, etc. and identify areas of corrective actions for improvements
• Plans/Asks any additional training sessions of our in-air talents (hosts, experts, translators) when necessary
• Work closely with the Senior Content Project Manager or VP sharing with him/her the projects and prioritizing deadlines and evaluating gaps and also asking support to develop omnichannel strategy for their Products
• Requests and may be involved in the selection of models for the shows
• Work closely with TV Operation and Studio Coordination for the organization of the live show, and in the same time share all projects with Set Designer and Visual Merchandiser
• If requested, the Content Project Manager will be responsible to organize, shoot and edit any collateral material necessary to sustain an on-air presentation, giving also support to the Omnichannel production and creative producer for the creation of trailers/promo
