•  Build and maintain effective Internal and External Customer relationship
• Maintain Professional and Technical knowledge
• Providing regularly progress reports to top management any type of corrective and preventive actions
• Handling high profile Clients in UAE
• Support in Approving Products and Pre-qualifying the company in Projects, starting from design stage 
• Finalizing Projects Approvals starting from preparing (material submittals / shop drawings / samples) with Demanding Consultants 
• Maximizing sales opportunities 
• Representing the company at exhibitions, conferences and trade shows 
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key contractors/traders/consultant 
• Provide pre-sale product information for potential clients and after sales service 
• Involved in the development of marketing strategies for the company & support marketing activities 
• Communicate with other members of the sales team and other teams
• Collecting of invoices from clients and responsible for payment collection.
• Conduct regular research and analysis and advise management with findings to capitalize on marketing opportunities.
•Provide recommendations to Executive Manager on the potential market risks and problems that could affect
