Job Summary:
Support the development and compliance of the HR function and responsible for providing an effective and efficient human resource services that is aligned with the departmental and corporate strategy.
Key Accountability / Responsibility:
- Support the Talent Acquisition process and employment needs of the company and provides recommendation related to HR practices including hiring, promoting and exit procedures.
- Update and revise the current Job Descriptions, prepare Job description where required and make sure that Job Descriptions are available for all positions and aligned with the corporate objectives.
- Manage the on-boarding process of new hires (Induction/Orientation).
- Ensures that the employees demonstrates our core values and following company policies and procedures.
- Implement disciplinary action and provides recommendations to the business units when required.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports related to headcount and manpower. Address any related issues and provide recommendations/ action plans to support the decision making process.
- Oversee and support the Performance Management process, support and advise Managers during the performance management process, setting objectives, performance reviews meetings and appraisals.
- Manage and ensure the error-free monthly payroll process.
- Working closely with the PRO’s and ensure all visa/government and legal/compliance requirements are fulfilled.
- Conduct exit interviews, record constructive feedback and provide recommendations based on the results and develop/ implement the corrective measures.
- Assist with special HR projects when required and oversee day to day HR operations.
