Responsibilities and Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience as Property consultant in Abu Dhabi is a must
- Should have strong understanding of Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market
- Strong networking skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to handle conflicts and challenging situations confidently
- Preferably with current residence visa and must have own car
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market condition, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
- Find potential properties to rent and for sale.
- Prepare necessary paperwork
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
