Job Purpose
- The purpose of this role is to assist customers and clients with all of their inquiries and provide satisfactory resolution to their concerns.
Main Responsibilities
- Attend and respond to all customer calls, e-mails and inquiries within the appropriate period of time.
- Explain the process of registration and provide support to clients with filling-out the Dtec registration forms.
- Receive and redirect or file all Dtec applications in a secure and organized manner.
- Assist with processing Dtec applications and ensure that all approvals are acquired, such as CEA, CID and trade name reservation.
- Produce periodic reports to management as well as the Dtec team, in relation to statuses, figures and various data on Dtec operations.
- Manage the meeting rooms’ schedules and make the necessary bookings according to agendas and operations.
- Support with following-up on client payments and liabilities towards DSOA.
- Maintain a daily log of all incoming inquiries as well as tenants’ attendance, and report data to the concerned management team members.
- Liaise with colleagues from other departments such as the Facilities Management helpdesk, ICT and other employees in order to setup and maintain Dtec offices, desks and facilities.
- Maintain an adequate level of office supplies at all times and ensure that the necessary orders are made on time.
- Be flexible to accommodate and support with any new tasks arising dealing with this area and function
- From time to time or whenever necessary, assist with stand duty attending to clients during events in DTEC or outside DTEC.
