Job Purpose



  • The purpose of this role is to assist customers and clients with all of their inquiries and provide satisfactory resolution to their concerns.


Main Responsibilities



  • Attend and respond to all customer calls, e-mails and inquiries within the appropriate period of time.


 



  • Explain the process of registration and provide support to clients with filling-out the Dtec registration forms.

  • Receive and redirect or file all Dtec applications in a secure and organized manner.

  • Assist with processing Dtec applications and ensure that all approvals are acquired, such as CEA, CID and trade name reservation.

  • Produce periodic reports to management as well as the Dtec team, in relation to statuses, figures and various data on Dtec operations.

  • Manage the meeting rooms’ schedules and make the necessary bookings according to agendas and operations.

  • Support with following-up on client payments and liabilities towards DSOA.

  • Maintain a daily log of all incoming inquiries as well as tenants’ attendance, and report data to the concerned management team members.

  • Liaise with colleagues from other departments such as the Facilities Management helpdesk, ICT and other employees in order to setup and maintain Dtec offices, desks and facilities.

  • Maintain an adequate level of office supplies at all times and ensure that the necessary orders are made on time.

  • Be flexible to accommodate and support with any new tasks arising dealing with this area and function

  • From time to time or whenever necessary, assist with stand duty attending to clients during events in DTEC or outside DTEC.
