1. Reporting directly to the company’s Sales Director of Can Pack Middle East.

2. Checking and monitoring product condition during site visit and ensuring company products are being use based from parameters set.

3. Assisting customer’s in solving technical issues related to machine and product.

4. Conducting product audits on customer to ensure and maintain quality products.

5. Proposing line improvement on customers to improve line performance and productivity.

6. Handling of customer’s inquiries related to seaming, technical information and quality.

7. Conducting on-site investigation related to product quality and food safety concerns.

8. Assisting QC and other internal department on special testing needed to product.

9. Providing technical reports from site visit of customers to immediate superior.

10. Coordinating with other CTS - Can Pack Group companies concerning to machine technical
specification, procedures and other customer related matters.

11. Analyzing product specifications to completely compete with other competitors.

12. Performing other necessary activities that may arise from time to time.

\[ Contribute in developing sales strategy and develop tactical plans to promote the business

\[ Review and monitor future sales plan implementation and results achieved on a regular basis. Make changes to the sales plan to adapt to unexpected changes in the business environment.
\[ Communicate sales plan and targets to Key Account Managers/Sales and Senior Sales Advisor and provide them sufficient training inputs, guidance and motivation to achieve targets successfully.
\[ Review all prospects and where they were generated from.
\[ Manage all aspects of the relevant showroom to ensure high standards in the layout, display, housekeeping and product information to convey the desired image of the brand and the Company.
\[ Deal with critical problems, major customer complaints or issues that may be escalated and ensure prompt action or decisions for timely resolution.
\[ Establish and maintain a network of business contacts and relationships within the market to increase market awareness, obtain market/competitor intelligence and customer preference information.
\[ Guide, direct, develop and motivate subordinates in day to day operations & highlight performance issues and actions accordingly (General Manager/HR etc.)
\[ Ensure all teams know of current pricing / marketing activities.

Troubleshoot Problems

While responding to incidents, the NOC Engineer must carefully track and document all issues and resolutions in detail. The NOC has a ticketing system that the NOC Engineer is responsible for updating.

Report Incidents

Retail & Corporate Marketing Manager - Adecco Middle East

Planning & Strategy:
▪ Work with the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop and implement a marketing strategy which will drive marketing activities pushing retail & corporate products and services including but not limited to Public Events product suites.
▪ Ensure that the marketing strategy is vetted by the Business Unit Director, ensuring that it is in line with overall strategy for the Business Unit.
▪ Working closely with the company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
Marketing Campaigns
▪ Develop marketing campaigns to drive the promotion of retail & corporate products and services in the organisation, including but not restricted to, developing the brief to be sent to agencies.
▪ Responsible for implementing and monitoring the success of the marketing campaigns and recommends improvement opportunities.
▪ Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for the Business Unit in the area of marketing, communications and public relations.
▪ Work with the relevant contractors to source advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on other relevant media, depending on the organisation and the campaign.
▪ Coordinate the appearance of all company's print and electronic materials such as use of logo, brochures, etc, pertaining to the Corporate
Business Unit.
▪ Work closely with the Sales team to ensure that these campaigns are translating into sales.
▪ Works with the Head of Marketing and Communications and Corporate Development and Strategy Director to maintain the integrity of company's brand in all marketing collateral.
Keep up to date on developments in the fields of marketing, communications and public relations in the motorsports industry and use this information to help company operate with initiative and innovation.
▪ Manage contractors / suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency and monitor the performance of such contractors / suppliers.
▪ Keep up to date on developments in the fields of marketing, communications and public relations in the relevant industry and use this information to help company operate with initiative and innovation.
▪ Evaluate the marketing campaigns to ensure that it is effective and is in line with the overall marketing strategy for the Business Unit.
