Our Client in Abu Dhabi is seeking to hire 2 team members to manage the Venue Communications Centre (VCC) at competition venues in Abu Dhabi, as part of the Special Olympics World Games 2019. As a key part of the Venue Management team, this role will be responsible for the planning and operating of the VCC during games time. This is including, but not limited to, VCC staffing and volunteer management, monitoring and recording all on-venue communications, role-specific training for the VCC team, managing the flow of information across the venue, reporting and escalating key issues appropriately and finally, various games time reporting functions
